Discover the art of cocktail making in the heart of Manchester with a private-group, hands-on cocktail masterclass at Dirextra Wine & Cocktails School, hosted inside a lively Italian bar. Led by an expert in-house mixologist, you’ll step behind the bar and learn to shake, stir, and pour like a pro in a relaxed yet vibrant setting. The experience is reserved exclusively for your group, while the bar remains open to other guests, creating an authentic and social atmosphere. Start with a welcome cocktail on arrival, Italian aperitivo style. You’ll then be guided through a combination of live demonstrations, tastings, and hands-on cocktail making, learning key techniques and flavour combinations used by professional bartenders. The experience includes: • A welcome Aperitivo cocktail demonstration (tasting included) • One additional cocktail demonstration led by our mixologist (shared among participants) • One cocktail personally crafted by each participant • Sicilian aperitivo-style sharing board with a plant-based selection (including olives, bruschette, arancini and mixed vegetables) • A shot of limoncello to finish Please note: demonstration cocktails may be shared between participants depending on group size. ⚠️ Allergy Notice Please note that we are unable to accommodate any allergies or intolerances, including mild or trace-level sensitivities.
