Join your local guide on a gastronimic adventure exploring the city's best food and drink. The aim of this tour is to give you an insight into the city through it's food and drink. With a maximum of 10 people this is an intimate and personal food exprience away from the tourist trail.
This tour will reveal fascinating facts about Manchester and England’s food history - you'll also explore food science and take in some magnificent local delicacies along the way.
Focusing on the Northern Quarter area, you will sample 5-6 dishes from independent eateries including local craft ale and food in an award winning converted butchers hall and an award winning dessert inside an inconic alternative shopping centre.
Guests will learn about the history of the area as the Victorian Manchester's market district and also hear about it's rebirth as the Northern Quart to become the indepenent heart of the city.
